We're short on everything but mouths to feed, yet Celeste's launching precious supplies into the air for Raiders to claw over. I’m done letting the good stuff go to waste.

Ever since we expanded the tunnels to the Blue Gate, some rare pieces have started appearing on the black market. Meanwhile, I'm stuck here peddling battered old Rattlers. If I don't find new supply lines, I'll be left in the dust.

Everything’s been calm around my drop-offs since you helped out, but that doesn’t mean it’ll stay that way for long. I’ve set up surveillance at one of my most used spots in Buried City, to prevent future tampering. Only problem is, it needs power to go live.
